Lastlight（以下「本アプリ」）は、崎野倫太郎（屋号 Process Craft AI、以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリです。 本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、あなたの記録を当方のサーバーへ送信しません。 当方がサーバーを持っていないためです。
1. 当方が受け取らない情報
次の情報は、あなたの iPhone の中だけに保存され、当方にも第三者にも送信されません。
- 夜のチェックポイントの記録（完了したか、どう終わったか、選んだ状態ラベル、締め方）
- Apple ヘルスケアから読み取った睡眠と安静時心拍の値、およびそこから計算した集計
- チェックポイントの時刻、通知の設定、App ロックなどのアプリ内設定
- オンボーディングでの回答（週あたりの夜数、量、離脱の既往）
これらは iOS の SwiftData によって端末内に保存されます。iCloud 同期も、当方のデータベースへの保存も行いません。 端末を初期化するか本アプリを削除すると、これらは復元できません。
2. Apple ヘルスケア（HealthKit）
本アプリは、あなたが明示的に許可した場合にかぎり、Apple ヘルスケアから次の2種類を読み取ります。
- 睡眠（Sleep Analysis）
- 安静時心拍数（Resting Heart Rate）
また、90秒のチェックポイントを完了したとき、その時間を「マインドフルネス」としてヘルスケアへ書き込むことがあります。
読み取った値は端末内での計算にのみ使用し、1バイトも端末外へ送信しません。 広告・マーケティング・第三者への提供・データブローカーへの販売のいずれにも使用しません。 許可はいつでも「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > ヘルスケア」から取り消せます。
3. 当方が受け取る情報
購読（Lastlight＋）を購入した場合にかぎり、購入の検証と購読状態の保持のために RevenueCat, Inc. を利用します。

本アプリは RevenueCat の logIn も属性送信も使用しません。そのため RevenueCat 側に、
あなたを特定できる情報は渡りません。決済そのものは 100% Apple の App 内課金で処理され、
当方はクレジットカード情報を一切受け取りません。
4. 解析・広告
本アプリは解析 SDK・広告 SDK・クラッシュレポート SDK・トラッキング用の識別子を一切組み込んでいません。
アプリ内の動作ログは iOS の os.Logger に書かれるだけで、端末の外へは出ません。
App Tracking Transparency の許可を求めないのは、追跡を行っていないためです。
公式サイトについて。アプリには上のとおり何も入っていませんが、このウェブサイト（lastlight-app.vercel.app）では、ページや記事がどれだけ読まれているかを知るために、Google LLC の Google アナリティクスを使っています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie を使い、閲覧したページ、どのサイトや検索から来たか、端末とブラウザの種類、おおまかな地域（IP アドレスから推定されるもの）を集めます。氏名やメールアドレスなど個人を特定する情報は集めず、アプリの中の情報も送りません。Google シグナルと広告のパーソナライズは使っていません。集めた情報の扱いは Google のポリシーをご覧ください。収集を止めたいときは Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンを使えます。
5. 通知
通知はすべて端末内のローカル通知です。プッシュ通知サーバーを使用しないため、 デバイストークンを当方が受け取ることもありません。
6. ユーザーが書いたもの
本アプリには自由記述欄・チャット・他のユーザーとの共有機能がありません。 あなたが書いた文章を当方が受け取る経路そのものが存在しません。 月次カードの画像はあなたの端末で生成され、共有するかどうかはあなたが決めます。
7. 子どもについて
本アプリは17歳未満の方を対象としていません。当方が16歳未満の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
8. あなたの権利
当方はあなたの個人データを保持していないため、開示・訂正・削除の請求先は当方ではなくあなたの端末です。 本アプリを削除すれば、本アプリが作成したデータは端末から消去されます。 購読の履歴は Apple および RevenueCat が保持します。RevenueCat 側のデータ削除を希望される場合は下記までご連絡ください。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページの更新日を改めます。

Privacy Policy
Lastlight is an iOS app by Rintaro Sakino (trading as Process Craft AI). It has no accounts and no server. Your records never leave your iPhone.
What stays on your device
Your nightly records, the labels you pick, your settings, your onboarding answers, and everything read from Apple Health are stored locally with SwiftData. They are not synced to iCloud and are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Apple Health
With your explicit permission, Lastlight reads Sleep Analysis and Resting Heart Rate, and writes a Mindful Minutes entry when you finish the ninety-second checkpoint. Health data is used only for on-device calculations. It is never transmitted off the device, never used for advertising or marketing, never shared with third parties, and never sold. You can revoke access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
What we do receive
If you subscribe to Lastlight+, we use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate the purchase and hold the subscription state. RevenueCat receives the Apple receipt and an anonymous app-generated ID. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, nightly records, labels, or any health-derived value. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see card details.
Analytics and advertising
There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no tracking identifier in this app. We do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because we do not track you.
About this website. The app contains none of the above, but this website (lastlight-app.vercel.app) uses Google Analytics by Google LLC to understand how often its pages and articles are read. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate region (estimated from your IP address). It does not collect your name, email address, or other information that identifies you, and nothing from inside the app is sent. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. See how Google uses this data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Notifications
All notifications are local. We operate no push server and receive no device tokens.
Children
Lastlight is not intended for anyone under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
